DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””] \nWHAT IS AN OPEN RIDE DAY?\nAn Open Ride Day is your chance to enjoy proper motorcycle track time at Luddenham Motorsport Park\, one of Western Sydney’s premier motorcycle track day venues\, located just 2 minutes from the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport. \nOpen Ride Days are built for riders who want quality seat time without racing pressure. Whether you’re testing a bike\, doing a shakedown\, improving technique\, or simply enjoying your motorcycle on a real circuit\, this format gives you freedom and flexibility. \nOpen Ride Days are perfect for: \n\n\nMotorcycle testing and shakedowns \n\n\nBuilding confidence and skill on track \n\n\nRiding at your own pace \n\n\nEnjoying track time solo or with friends \n\n\nThere’s no racing and no competition. You ride within your limits and progress naturally throughout the day. \nAll laps are electronically timed and can be viewed live via the SpeedHive by MyLaps app\, or on the large HDTV screen located in the centre of the facility. \nIf you’re looking for motorcycle track days in Sydney\, bike track days in Western Sydney\, or a track that’s close to Sydney Airport\, Open Ride Days at Luddenham Motorsport Park offer an accessible and well-run experience. \n\nGROUPS & RIDER LEVELS\nYou choose the group that suits your experience: \nBlue – Beginner RiderIdeal for newer track riders or anyone wanting a relaxed introduction to circuit riding. \nYellow – Intermediate RiderFor riders with some track experience who are comfortable increasing pace. \nRed – Advanced RiderDesigned for experienced riders who are confident pushing performance limits. \n\nRIDE DAY SCHEDULE\nSign-In\, Scrutineering & Rider Briefing:7:30am – 8:50amLate arrivals may need to wait until staff are available to check you in. \nTrack Sessions Begin:9:00am \nEvent Finish:4:30pm \nSessions are 15 minutes long and rotate continuously throughout the day.There is no lunch break\, with riders receiving up to 9 sessions\, capped at 15 riders per session. \n\nPRICING\nRider: \n\n\n$250 per person \n\n\nSpectators: \n\n\n$20 (paid on the day) \n\n\n\nAGE REQUIREMENTS\n\n\nYou must be 16 years or older to enter the Motorsport Park \n\n\nID is required for all entrants \n\n\nNo exceptions apply due to live pits and safety requirements \n\n\n\nWHAT IS REQUIRED ON THE DAY\nMotorcycle Requirements: \n\n\nAll supermoto/motard bikes must have foot peg sliders \n\n\nBikes without sliders are not permitted on track \n\n\nSliders can be purchased on the day for $80 \n\n\n\n\nNo fluid leaks (oil\, coolant\, brake fluid) \n\n\nChain correctly adjusted and lubricated \n\n\nSteering head bearings correctly adjusted \n\n\nThrottle must return freely \n\n\nFront and rear brakes functioning correctly \n\n\nTyres free of punctures and suitable for track use \n\n\nNo sharp edges on levers or foot pegs \n\n\nHandlebars secured \n\n\nFront and rear brake pads suitable \n\n\nRider Safety Gear: \n\n\nFull leathers \n\n\nFull-length gloves and boots \n\n\nFull-face helmet meeting approved standards \n\n\nRider licence or ability to demonstrate motorcycle control \n\n\n\nSPECTATORS\nSpectators are welcome at Open Ride Days for $20\, provided they attend with a rider.Spectators must be 16 years or older and present ID at check-in. \n\nFUEL\nFuel is not available on site.The nearest service stations are less than 5 minutes away: \n\n\nCaltex – 19 The Northern Road\, Luddenham NSW \n\n\nShell – 2140 The Northern Road\, Luddenham NSW \n\n\nRefuelling on site is only permitted in designated areas. Riding on track with fuel containers is not allowed. \n\nLICENSING & ID\nNo CAMS\, AASA or external licences are required. \nFor sign-in\, you must present valid government-issued photo ID: \n\n\nAustralian Driver Licence \n\n\nAustralian Photo ID Card \n\n\nPassport (for international riders) \n\n\n\nMISSED OR CHANGED BOOKINGS\nRide Days are ticketed events.If you do not attend\, your ticket is forfeited.Changes are not permitted once booked.
