DO NOT book a drift driver entry ticket for a Luddenham Drift Day unless you have received written approval from Luddenham Raceway to drift.
This event is strictly limited to approved and authorised drivers only. If a driver who has not been approved purchases a drift driver entry ticket, they will not be permitted to participate and will not be entitled to a refund.

It is the responsibility of all entrants to ensure they have received written approval from Luddenham Raceway before making a booking. If you have previously completed the approval form and have already been approved, you do not need to submit the form again. The form is only required for first time prospective drifters.
🎄 CHRISTMAS DRIFT BASH DETAILS 🎄

A full afternoon of drifting on the track, followed by Christmas competitions and a chilled evening with the crew on the skidpan, aka the Boneyard. Let’s finish the year with a Christmas send off to remember!
THE SCHEDULE
11:30am to 1pm: Sign in, scrutineering and briefing
Please arrive during this time so we can get everyone ready. Late arrivals will need to wait until staff are available to check them in.
1pm to 7pm: Track drifting
Each session includes one warm up lap and three drift laps, with sessions running throughout the afternoon.
7pm to 9pm: Christmas showdown and afterparty on the skidpan, aka the Boneyard
Be part of our first Christmas Drift Bash celebration on the Boneyard skidpan! We’re planning Christmas battles, a tree wrapping competition and games, with plenty of time to hang out, unwind and celebrate the year together.
Expect a German food truck, music and chilled vibes. Stay tuned for what DASAI and the boys have in store!
CHRISTMAS SPIRIT IS COMPULSORY 🎅
Santa hats, Christmas tees, festive onesies… go all out! Wrap yourself or your drift car in Christmas lights and bring the festive spirit 🎄 The bigger the effort and the louder the outfit, the better!
Festive attire is required to access the Boneyard skidpan showdown and afterparty from 7pm to 9pm. No exceptions. Sorry, Grinches, you’ll need to bring some Christmas cheer!
TICKET PRICES
Drivers: $370 per person
Passengers: $60 per person
Organised and paid on the day.
Spectators and pit crew: $25 per person
Organised and paid on the day.
🎁 Joining us for the Boneyard skidpan afterparty? Spectators and pit crew who come dressed in Christmas gear receive $10 off their entry, bringing their ticket to $15.
Keep your festive outfit on throughout the day to qualify for the discount and access the evening celebrations on the Boneyard skidpan.
STRICTLY AGES 16 AND OVER
Everyone entering the Motorsport Park and Boneyard skidpan area must be at least 16 years old, including passengers, spectators and pit crew.
Children under 16, including babies and toddlers, cannot enter these areas. No exceptions. ID will be checked before entry.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR SCRUTINEERING?
- No Oil, fuel, or water leaks
- No loose objects or sharp edges in the driver’s compartment
- Cars must be clear of ALL loose items
- Cars must have all exterior body panels on and bolted securely
- If your taking passengers half roll cage is required
- Doors must be fitted with side intrusion bars unmodified unless an approved safety cage with side intrusion bars is installed.
- Oil catch cans must be able to contain hot oil safely. Vehicles do not require a catch can if fitted with the standard engine breather system.
- The cooling system must have an overflow bottle or tank minimum 1L
- The fire wall must be completely sealed (no holes) from the engine bay to the driver’s compartment
- No moving engine parts protrude from the bonnet
- Seats must be mounted securely with all correct bolts fitted.
- Seats must be in good condition. With minimal to no movement in the adjustment mechanisms.
- No tears, fraying or damage to the seat belt or harness webbing
- Battery must be firmly clamped and in a sealed compartment or box if fitted within the passenger compartment or in a compartment with a fuel system (cable ties and ratchet straps are not acceptable mounting for the battery)
- All fuel system components must be secured and be completely sealed from the passenger compartment. This includes fuel lines and filters. Aftermarket fuel tanks must have a roll over valve and pigtail hose which does not vent into the passenger compartment
- Fire extinguishers are not required however are recommended.
- Vehicles must be fitted with visible and accessible towing points or hooks , each tow point shall be marked with the word “TOW” of a contrasting colour to the vehicle’s body marking the location of each tow point
- Helmets / Long Sleeve Tee & Pants are required for drivers and passengers
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO GET INTO THE MOTORSPORT PARK?
You must be at least 16 years old and ID is required to be shown by all who will be entering the Motorsport Park.
If you are under 18 (but over 16) and plan on attending and your parent will NOT be attending with you, then you MUST email for a Waiver or you will not be able to get inside. Your parent can email [email protected] and request a Take Home Waiver.
WHAT ABOUT FUEL?
Fuel is NOT available on site, the two nearest Service Stations are less than a 5 minute Drive from Luddenham Raceway and details are listed below:
- CALTEX: 19 The Northern Road, Luddenham NSW 2745
- SHELL: 2140 The Northern Road, Luddenham NSW 2745
If you plan on refueling on site you must only do so in the designated refueling bay and you CANNOT drive with fuel in your car on track.
WHAT IF I AM NOT ABLE TO ATTEND OR WANT TO CHANGE THE DATE AFTER I HAVE BOOKED?
If you have booked a drift day and do not attend then you would forfeit your ticket. Drift Days are for a limited, ticketed event and you would not be entitled to a refund. Please note that once a booking has been made changes are not permitted, so make sure the day is suitable before you book.

If you are late (arrive after 4pm) then you may miss a few of your sessions but you are still allowed to sign in!
Just head to the building labelled Reception and wait for Staff to be free to sign you in and get you situated. Please be patient and polite while waiting for Staff to become free to assist you.
HOW DO UNDERCOVER PIT SPOTS WORK?
First in, best dressed! So arrive early and get your preferred spot.
