Sponsorship Packages are a cost effective way to advertise your product and or service to a large audience.
The sponsorship areas enjoy a high level of exposure, as they are visible to foot traffic across multiple locations.
Foot traffic is compromised of Motorsport Enthusiasts, Adventure Seekers and Corporates, so there are a wide range of demographics that can be targeted to suit various advertising needs.
Visitors Annually
Luddenham Raceway attracts over 100,000 visitors annually, with locals, interstate and international visitors coming out to the facility.
Sponsorship Packages
There are a range of Sponsorship Packages available to suit any need or marketing campaign.
Listed below are the standard annual packages available.

Packages Options
Bronze Package
$1,800 Annually
The Bronze Package is our introductory level sponsorship package and includes:
- Signage along Motorsport Park Concrete Track Wall – 7.5 meters of signage in the Motorsport Park. The space is comprised of 3 concrete wall panels that measure 2.5 m x 1.1 m for each panel.
The Package is available on an annual basis.
Silver Package
$2,800 Annually
The Silver Package is our mid-level sponsorship package and includes:
- Signage along Motorsport Park Concrete Track Wall – 7.5 meters of signage in the Motorsport Park. The space is comprised of 3 concrete wall panels that measure 2.5 m x 1.1 m for each panel
- Breeze Cloth Signage – 5 meters of signage in the Motorsport Park Pit Area or the Car Park Area. The space is comprised of 2 breeze cloth banners that measure 2.5 m x 1.1 m for each banner.
- Sponsor Discount – 10% off Group bookings made for Go Karting & Motorsport Park Events
The Package is available on an annual basis.
Gold Package
$4,700 Annually
The Gold Package is our top tier sponsorship package and includes:
- Signage along Motorsport Park Concrete Track Wall – 7.5 meters of signage in the Motorsport Park. The space is comprised of 3 concrete wall panels that measure 2.5 m x 1.1 m for each panel..
- Breeze Cloth Signage – 5 meters of signage in the Motorsport Park Pit Area or the Car Park Area. The space is comprised of 2 breeze cloth banners that measure 2.5 m x 1.1 m for each banner
- Armco Barrier Signage – 7.32 meters of display space along the Armco Barriers located in the Motorsport Park. The space is comprised of 3 Panels made from Metal Armco measuring 2.44m x 1.1m per Panel.
- Sponsor Discounts – 15% off Group bookings made for Go Karting & Motorsport Park Events

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
- All sponsors must at all times be in accordance with the t&c’s which can be found here: Terms and Conditions – Luddenham Raceway
- All sponsors are required to remove their promotional materials at their own cost when instructed to do so, & will be responsible for restoring the area to its original conditions.
- All sponsors must not discredit or bring harm to the Venue and its reputation.
- The Venue reserves the right to immediately end the sponsorship agreement if there is a breakdown in the relationship between the parties OR if a sponsor breaches the T&C’s of the Venue. In such circumstances, the Venue would provide the sponsor with one week to remove materials from the Venue at its own cost, and if the sponsor fails to organise removal and repair the area to its original condition, the Venue will arrange to have the materials removed and destroyed, and the area restored to its original condition, and the sponsor would be liable for the cost of same, and payment would need to be made for same upon provision of Tax Invoice and failure to pay by the due date listed on the Tax Invoice would result in debt recovery being taken against the Sponsor.
- These terms and conditions apply for any and all sponsorship agreements at the Venue, where the sponsor has been given permission to install materials on site.
