COVID-19 Special Half Day Track Event – 3rd July Morning Session

The COVID-19 Special Half Day Track Event has been purposely designed to allow Drivers a chance to get back out on track in a safe and controlled environment that complies with current COVID Guidelines.

It’s a great opportunity for vehicle testing, shakedowns or for simply getting out on a track and enjoying your vehicle.

Drive at your own pace, explore the upper limits of your vehicle. Laps are electronically timed, and results can be viewed on the Mylaps Speedhive App.

Street and Track cars are both welcome and roll cages are not required but are permitted.

IMPORTANT INFO:

  • You wear a Helmet while driving, if you don’t have a helmet you can hire one for $20 on the day;
  • Enclosed Shoes must be worn;
  • Clothing must cover wrists and ankles.
  • No outside licensing required (eg.CAMS/AASA) is required;
  • All drivers must hold and present a valid Australian Drivers License is needed for sign in. (Overseas Drivers can present a Passport);
  • Provisional Drivers License accepted, however is the Driver is under 18 parent must be present for sign in;
  • Drivers will be limited to 20 and will be kept apart and alternated to ensure compliance with COVID-19 requirements.
  • Due to COVID restrictions absolutely NO Spectators / Pit Crew / Second Drivers / Passengers will be permitted entry to the Venue;
  • There can only be one person in a vehicle at any time while on track
  • No Drifting or Burnouts are Permitted.
  • Social Distancing Measures will be in place. If you cannot follow these rules you will be removed from the Venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • If you are experiencing flu symptoms or have been overseas within the last 14 days you will not be allowed entry to the Venue.

Remember everyone we want to have a fun and safe time out on track so be responsible for yourself and others and if you do not feel well, have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or you are considered a vulnerable person who may be impacted by the effects of COVID-19 do yourself and those around you a favour and stay home and seek medical advice, and when its safe to do so then get back out on track J

COVID-19 Special Half Day Track Event Details – Morning Session:

  • Drivers to arrive at 8:30 am for Sign In, Scrutineering & Briefing.
  • Event Run Time: 9am – 12pm
  • 15 Minute sessions, which will be run in alternating sessions
  • Timing Available.

COVID-19 Special Half Day Track Event Details – Afternoon Session:

  • Drivers to arrive at 12:30 pm for Sign In, Scrutineering & Briefing.
  • Event Run Time: 1pm – 4pm
  • 15 Minute sessions, which will be run in alternating sessions
  • Timing Available.
