The Process
Step 1: Parent follows link at bottom of this page
Step 2: Parent enters their details.
Step 3: Parent selects ‘add minor’ and enters the details of their child.
Step 4: Race Day
| Parent is present Parent and the Child go to Reception together to Sign In. The Parent shows ID and a photo is taken of the Parent and the Child. |
Parent is NOT present the Parent will need to either email a copy of their ID (Must be: Valid Australian Drivers Licence OR Valid Australian Photo ID Card OR Valid Passport if Overseas ID) to [email protected] OR the child will need to have a copy of the parent’s ID to present to reception. |
Please note:
- ONLY THE PARENT OF A CHILD CAN COMPLETE THE WAIVER
- If the waiver is not completed correctly the child will not be able to participate.
- ID may be asked for a minor if the appearance doesn’t match the age being stated.
