Space 1 : Reception Building & Outdoor Go Karting Circuits
The Reception Building offers a versatile showcase area that has been specifically designed to allow for vehicles and large product displays to be situated inside the building, and can comfortably be transformed into a spacious sit down or standing catering area / meeting room / showroom.
Outside of the Reception area are two Circuits, a 600m circuit and the 200m Circuit.

Space 2 : Conference Room
The Conference Room offers a large and spacious Meeting Space that is private and conveniently attached to the Reception Building.
The space has various configuration options including Theatre, Open Pod, Banquet, Classroom, U-Shape, Boardroom and Cocktail arrangements. The conference room can hold up to 120 persons comfortably seated in Theatre Layout for larger events.
Space 3 : Paintball Centre & Outdoor Fields
This Space is fully enclosed and features a separate enclosed entrance and check in building, outdoor seating area, and boasts three enclosed, incredibly detailed and action – packed fields, and a tournament grade competition field.
This space can be used for its intended purpose of Paintballing or can be used for display or promotional activities if the Venue is hired exclusively in conjunction with a Private Shut Down
Space 4 : Motorsport Park
This Space is fully enclosed, and secured and separated by gated access to all the other spaces. This means that it is closed to the general public and only authorised guests and visitors can gain access maintaining your privacy, security and peace of mind.
The space features an undercover, powered Pit Area that faces out towards the 1.4km Main Circuit. This area also has its own separate Motorsport Park Check In Building for events being run in the Motorsport Park which is air conditioned, and has 3 HDTV screens to display results or promotional materials.
Space 5 : 4 x 4 Off Road & Olive Grove
We offer two unique off road spaces at Luddenham Raceway – The 4 x 4 Off Road & The Olive Grove Space. These unique spaces are conveniently located adjacent to the Motorsport Park making it a convenient location to showcase an entire fleet of vehicles both off road and on road.
The 4 x 4 Off Road Track Space features an off road dirt track with built up mounds of varying heights and levels. The Olive Grove Space is another perfect option where manufacturers can showcase their vehicles on grassed areas, with the undulating hills, situated in and around the Olive Grove on the property.

Luddenham Raceway is our “go to” facility for a number of different requirements. We go to Luddenham to test cars, photograph cars and put journalists in cars. It is conveniently located, the facilities are just the right size for our needs and the track is ideal. Event producers always need venues to be flexible, the management at Luddenham are very easy to deal with and always happy to accommodate any special requests.
Luddenham Raceway is an awesome venue run by a fantastic group of people who have always looked after the Total Tools Penrith Crew to ensure our staff and customers have a great time.
The facilities are second to none, the go-karts are a blast, the racetrack first class and paintball is awesome!

Luddenham Raceway is a fantastic venue with an amazing track, We held our Staff Go karting event at Luddenham Raceway, with 22 very competitive drivers and raceway staff were very helpful, accommodating and encouraging throughout our entire event. What a fantasitc experience it was launching our brand new HR-V to the Honda dealer network at Luddenham Raceway. Everyone at Luddenham was helpful above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. In fact most of the time we didn’t even have to ask – everything was anticipated. Add to this Luddenham Raceway’s sparkling new facility, plenty of undercover areas for activities and presentations, lots of parking for those driving to the venue and ample room for buses carrying our interstate delegates from the airport – and we simply could not have been happier.
