Track Day – Handy Hints

Please check out the below prompts to ensure you have a great day out on Track

 

1.PRE- REGISTER – Use the link below to Pre-Register for the Event and sign your Waivers, this means you won’t have to wait in line for a free computer on the day, and all you will need to do is walk into the Reception Building and hand over your ID to sign in:

(If you have registered on one of the three touch screen computers at the Centre previously then you don’t need to register again, but if you haven’t driven with us before or have only signed in on the iPads then you will need to register via the link, and this includes second drivers!)

If you are bringing Passengers / Spectators / Second Drivers forward the link (and this email!) on to them as well.

 

2.BRING ID – Make sure you have your Valid, Government Issued Photo ID on you at check in (Australian Drivers Licence, Australian Photo ID Card or Passport only).

ID will be cited on Check In and without it you won’t be able to participate.

Remember we hold ID as security when lending transponders and tap passes for the day so it’s important to have your ID on you to leave as security on the day.

 

3.SCRUTINEERING – Make sure that your vehicle is in road worthy condition e.g. its safe to drive on Track! Brakes need to be working and no leaks will be permitted on track.

Its important that when you are driving that you are safe, so your car must be in working order for your safety and those around you!

 

4.NUMBERS WILL BE LIMITED– At this stage drivers (e.g, the person who booked in to bring their car for the day at either $200 or $250) are only allowed to bring ONE additional person with them.

 With current COVID guidelines we are aiming to keep numbers down as a common sense precaution.

Now is not the time to organise a catch up with everyone you have ever met, instead just bring your #1 top friend to accompany you to the track…or come solo and enjoy a day of peace and relaxation at the track!

 

5.SPECTATORS AND PASSENGERS – At this stage Spectators ($5) and Passengers ($20) are permitted, but must social distance themselves inside the Motorsport Park from other Participants, please note that approval for Spectators or Passengers is subject to the COVID Guidelines issued by the Australian Government and is subject to change without prior notice or warning.

 

6.SECOND DRIVERS – At this stage Second Drivers ($50) are permitted, but all Second Drivers  must social distance themselves inside the Motorsport Park from other Participants, please note that approval for Second Drivers is subject to the COVID Guidelines issued by the Australian Government and is subject to change without prior notice or warning.

 

7.NO UNDER 16’s – No under 16’s are permitted in the Motorsport Park at any time.

 

8.HELMET’S MUST BE WORN – It is recommended that you bring your own Australian Standard Helmet, however if you forget, Helmets are available to hire for $20 on the day. Drivers and Passengers are required to wear a helmet when inside a vehicle.

 

 9.LONG SLEEVES, LONG PANTS AND ENCLOSED SHOES MUST BE WORN – All persons inside the Motorsport Park must wear enclosed shoes, long pants and long sleeves, without this attire you will not be permitted entry.

 

 10.CAFÉ OPEN – The Café space inside the Reception Building located next to the Go Kart Track will be open.

12.FUEL – No Fuel is available on site, the two nearest Service Stations are less than a 5 minute Drive from Luddenham Raceway and details are listed below:

  • SHELL: 2140 The Northern Road, Luddenham NSW 2745

 

13.DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU FEEL UNWELL OR ARE EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS – We want to make sure that everyone has a great time in a safe environment, so please respect management’s decision to turn away anyone who is visibly unwell or displaying symptoms in the interest of public health and safety.

 

14.FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCE GUIDELINES – We all want to have a safe and fun event so please follow the social distancing guidelines, abide by the 4sqm requirement, wash your hands frequently and display common sense in your interactions with others to do your part to keep everyone safe!

 

 15.TRAVEL REMINDER – If you have travelled from a high risk area or from overseas you must have completed the government issued, mandatory Isolation / Quarantine Period before attending the Venue. This is to keep yourself and other safe and there will be no exceptions to this requirement.
